SALON POLICIES

Arrival: Please aim to arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time

 

Children: Due to OHS and Insurance reasons and with respect to other clients and staff we request that children are not bought to appointments. 

Valuables: Lash & Brow Co. accepts no responsibility for valuables that go missing or are damaged within the premises.

Parking: On-street parking is available but parking is done so at your own risk. Lash & Brow Co. accepts no responsibility to damage or break-ins including theft.

 

Cancellation: If cancellation is made within 24 hours of appointment, then you agree to pay 100% of your total treatment cost no matter what reason is provided, including if you are sick or have COVID-19.

No Shows: If you fail to show to your appointment 100% of your booking fee will be charged. 

Re-Schedule: If you re-schedule your appointment within 24hrs from your appointment you will be charged 50% of your booking cost or a Re-Scheduling fee of $100, whichever is less in value.

 

Refund Policy: Treatment deposits are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable but can be use as store credits. 

 

Gift Vouchers: Gift Vouchers are available for all treatments and have a three year expiry unless otherwise stated. Gift Vouchers are not exchangeable  for cash and non refundable.
