Arrival: Please aim to arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time
Children: Due to OHS and Insurance reasons and with respect to other clients and staff we request that children are not bought to appointments.
Valuables: Lash & Brow Co. accepts no responsibility for valuables that go missing or are damaged within the premises.
Parking: On-street parking is available but parking is done so at your own risk. Lash & Brow Co. accepts no responsibility to damage or break-ins including theft.
Cancellation: Kindly provide us with a 24-hour cancellation notice for your appointment. Rescheduling of appointments is subject to availability.
Refund Policy: Treatment packages are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
Gift Vouchers: Gift Vouchers are available for all treatments and have a three year expiry unless otherwise stated. Gift Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash and non refundable.
